I am only 31 and overweight, my dad told me about this stuff.....I have been on it for about 6 weeks, taking it every other day 2times a day. I went to the doctors and found that I lost 18lbs!!!! This great for me, since I am on the waiting list for bypass surgery.....I also suffer from insomnia and depression, which in turn I would nibble all of the time since I couldn't sleep or was upset...not with this stuff....no stress or emotional eating!! I highly recommend it,it is very subtle and you find over time you just don't have cravings.... This product was recommended to me by a friend who was concerned about my stress level in my personal life as well as my professional life. I started taking it to relieve stress, as a result I stopped "stress eating" and since the first of January 2010 to May 2010 I have lost thirty five pounds and have gone from a size 14 to a size 8. For a woman in her late 50's who has spent the last 8 years 40 to 50 pounds overweight and has tried every weight loss program on the market and alot of excercise programs as well, to have this wonderful success is amazing. Suddenly I was unable to find the product. I think because Relacore advertised as weight reduction (didn't work losing weight) instead of stress reduction. Eventually I stumbled on Relora 300. It has similar ingredients, a similar dosage, so I gave it a try. I have gotten the same calming influence with this product and have been very happy with it. Difficult people are always going to be difficult, but this product helps all that just roll past me while I still keep the mental sharpness needed to deal with the situation. I am finding that people seek me out cause they know I won't yell back at them, I will just solve the problem. Takes about 4 or 5 days for the affect to kick in. It is subtle but when you skip more than 4 or 5 days you will notice less easiness in your response to the world around you...
