STRONG packaging to insure sterility is maintained even with rough handling or laying in first aid kit in trunk or car or back pack. All in package were well sealed. Opened one set to test and they are VERY adhesive to skin. Yes if you try this on your arm you will lose a tiny bit of hair! Hold well under warm running water too. They also flex properly with out "crinkling" while being VERY strong. You are not going to tear these, you will need scissors to cut them if you need to do so. Remember they are ONLY for skin closure of small or shallow wounds and not a substitute for proper medical care for a more serious wound except in emergency and SHORT-TERM (few hours) first aid situations. Also remember these are NOT a bandage, they have no protective pad to keep out dirt or aid in hemostasis. They are ONLY wound closure strips. This review is from: 3M Steri Strip Skin Closures 1/4'' X 3'' - 10 Packages of 3 These 3M "Steri Strip Skin Closures" are excellent for holding the edges of shallow wounds together and, importantly, did not irritate my very sensitive skin (3M adhesives seem to be the least reactive for me). These stick very well and hold up to sweat and water as well. After applying, I covered the wound site with a sterile non-stick pad and that worked nicely. These are not for deep wounds, but do make a useful addition to an emergency kit when hiking or camping. Highly Recommended! I am only 31 and overweight, my dad told me about this stuff.....I have been on it for about 6 weeks, taking it every other day 2times a day. I went to the doctors and found that I lost 18lbs!!!! This great for me, since I am on the waiting list for bypass surgery.....I also suffer from insomnia and depression, which in turn I would nibble all of the time since I couldn't sleep or was upset...not with this stuff....no stress or emotional eating!! I highly recommend it,it is very subtle and you find over time you just don't have cravings.... I started drinking monsters but they were pretty darn expensive too and then I found these pills which have been doing the job for me. I bought few bottles and then my boyfriend referred me to even a cheaper source on amazon at 250 grams Caffeine Anhydrous Bulk Powder, and I guess it's as potent as you can get too. This means that caffeine is almost required to keep up with school. I have a very high caffeine tolerance, so an all-nighter would usually amount to me drinking about 4 energy drinks. This would lead to me urinating frequently, being all sugared up, and still being a little sleepy (because energy drinks are primarily herbal stimulants, NOT caffeine). Also, 4 16oz. drinks would total almost 1000 calories, and it really began to add up. So, fed up with this, I went with caffeine pills. I was a little nervous at first, because something about taking a stimulant in pill form was intimidating to me. No longer! There are a few things that one should realize about caffeine pills: ---Caffeine is very, very hard to take too much of. I found I have way too much energy if I take all 200mg at once, and it can leave my stomach upset if I haven't eaten.
